Nicole handled the sale of my home in Tahoe Donner and she was fantastic! She works extremely hard. is pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and supremely responsive. She also excels in negotiations and is tough when necessary (Nicole was also our agent for the purchase of the home). Nicole gave excellent advice on things to do to prep for the sale and how to get it done. Nicole scheduled cleaners, handymen and window people and the house became a hive of activity prior to going on the market. She knows all the right people to get pre-sale work done at a reasonable price and she did an amazing job lining up repairs. She somehow always made time to take calls or answer emails and kept me up to speed on where the market was during the time my home was for sale. Nicole was key in the successful sale of my home and I highly recommend her services for either buying or selling a home.
