What an amazing team to have watching out for you while trying to buy a property in Tahoe!!! First and foremost, one of them will get back to you on each and every phone call, email, text within an hour but more likely instantaneous!! They have excellent local knowledge as well as all the ins and outs of the legal mumbo jumbo. Nicole is as pleasant and positive as anyone could be but with substance. She makes sure that you know she wants what you want. Never did I ever feel like this was just a sale for her. My needs and wishes took priority, and they showed their support at every turn. They went above and beyond to help with vendors and appointments involved in setting up a new home even after the close of my escrow. I really felt like I found a new friend in Nicole and full support from Kristin.
