We lucked into Nicole as our agent and boy was that a happy accident! Nicole (and Kristin) are seriously so amazing to work with! We put an offer on a place that ultimately did not end up working out and for months Nicole stayed in touch sending us options. She listened to what we wanted and only presented us with homes that fell in our criteria. After a couple months we found our place and she helped us through the entire process expertly. Nicole provides solid guidance and it always felt like a friend guiding us through the process, not a sales person. Nicole and Kristin are always available and respond so quickly to every email, text, and call. Nicole is so warm, friendly, and honest. She goes above and beyond offering services and advice that fall out of the normal scope. Like for example offering to meet our couch delivery person! She is so connected in the community so truly can provide advice and help on everything from where to get a piece of furniture to who to call to do odds and ends jobs. This is super helpful since this is our second home and we live out of the area. Every time I turn around I am surprised by the level of customer service and attention to detail she provides. Working with Nicole is truly a pleasure and I will not hesitate to reach out to her again when the need arises!
