We contacted Nicole in December of 2014 in regards to purchasing a property in Tahoe. Nicole was very helpful in assisting us in researching the areas where we might want to buy. Nicole also assisted us creating a profile of the perfect home for us. Nicole dedicated a lot of time driving us around. But the places that she showed us met our criteria for purchase. Nicole was always available to us before during and after the sale. We just purchased our home on June 1 2015 and it is a property that meets all of our criteria. Nicole also assisted us with finding a handyman for improvements we want to make to the property. He is professional and also friendly.
