Nicole Folks was a tremendous realtor for us. We owned a Tahoe Donner condo for over 17 years, and used it only for our family, never renting it out. It was our home away from home, winters and summers. When it came time for us to sell the unit since the kids were gone, we engaged Nicole to price the unit fairly and waited until the snow season came. She then sprung into action, advertised, showed, and in almost no time we had a buyer. Then she worked diligently with the seller as well as us, who were in Florida.
