Ms. Folks recently represented my family in selling a unimproved lot in Tahoe Donner. From the very beginning we could not have been more pleased with the responsiveness and overall professionalism of Ms. Folks. She initiated and did not wait to react to the things that needed to be done. All aspects of the transaction were dealt with the highest level of professionalism….she seemed to have a wonderful insight into what questions we might have and her capacity to anticipate such questions made the entire process move quickly and smoothly from the beginning to the end.
